Nicole will be able to help you achieve your goals through dedicated evidence based training and periodised programming.

Nicole's Current Work:

  • Educator (tutoring and assessing coaching qualifcations) and Technical Official (competition referee) at British Weightlifting.
  • Higher Education Lecturer for the FdSc & BSc (hons) Sports Coaching and Performance Science at Blackpool and the Fylde University Campus (Accredited by Lancaster University).
  • Co-founder and Licensed Coach at Fylde Coast Weightlifting.
  • External Panel Member - Sport and Exercise Science at Solent University
